1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EventMagic India's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
2. Service Description
EventMagic India provides comprehensive event planning and management services throughout India, including but not limited to:
- Wedding planning and coordination
- Corporate event management
- Birthday and anniversary celebrations
- Festival and cultural events
- Venue booking and vendor coordination
3. Booking and Payment Terms
- Booking Confirmation: Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and advance payment
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance, 50% one week before event, 20% after completion
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, cash
- Late Payments: May result in service delays or cancellation
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days: 70% refund of paid amount
- 15-30 days: 50% refund of paid amount
- 7-14 days: 25% refund of paid amount
- Less than 7 days: No refund
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information and requirements
- Make timely payments as per agreed schedule
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Inform of any changes at least 48 hours in advance
- Ensure venue access and cooperation from all parties
6. Liability and Insurance
- EventMagic India carries professional liability insurance
- Clients are responsible for guest behavior and property damage
- We recommend event insurance for large celebrations
- Liability limited to the total contract value
7. Force Majeure
EventMagic India is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue unavailability.
8. Intellectual Property
All event concepts, designs, and planning materials created by EventMagic India remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, under Indian law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
