1. Refund Eligibility
EventMagic India offers refunds based on the timing of cancellation and circumstances. This policy applies to all event planning services across India.
2. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following costs are non-refundable:
- Vendor advance payments already made
- Customized decorations or materials ordered
- Venue booking fees paid to third parties
- Photography/videography advance payments
- Catering advance payments
- Transportation bookings
4. Force Majeure Refunds
In case of events cancelled due to circumstances beyond anyone's control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic lockdowns), we offer:
- Full Rescheduling: Free date change within 12 months
- Partial Refund: 80% refund after deducting incurred costs
- Service Credit: 100% credit for future events (valid 24 months)
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send written cancellation notice to refunds@eventmagicindia.com
- Include booking reference number and reason for cancellation
- Provide original payment receipt and contract copy
- Complete refund request form with bank details
- Allow specified processing time for refund completion
6. Partial Service Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with specific aspects of completed services:
- Report issues within 48 hours of event completion
- Provide detailed feedback and supporting evidence
- Partial refunds determined case-by-case (up to 25%)
- Resolution through direct discussion preferred
7. Payment Method Refunds
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 2-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
- Cash Payments: Bank transfer within 7-14 days
8. Special Circumstances
Additional considerations:
- Wedding Cancellations: May qualify for extended rescheduling options
- Corporate Events: Business-to-business refund terms may apply
- Recurring Events: Special package refund conditions
- International Clients: Currency conversion at current exchange rates
